“Brian Kerr is a man full of sensible ideas. His practical knowledge and insight is a product of his years of experience both in being a landlord and working with landlords and tenants to get good outcomes. As an experienced investor and property manager myself, I thought there was little I didn’t know already, but an hour from Brian revealed dozens of ideas I too could incorporate in my own practice. I’ve found myself saying ‘Brian says…’ again and again, and I’m reaching for his book so I can get it just right. Brian says you should ask yourself ‘is this tenant good business?’.

Once you’ve read his book, you’ll know without a doubt the answer, each and every time you let a property. An ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure, and Brian’s book is full of both.

Read it, follow it, and have years of happy land-lording ahead of you.”

‘I really enjoyed Brian’s seminar not only is he easy to listen to but he sure knows his stuff, he was a wealth of information and I learnt a lot. I now have his book which is invaluable. I would highly recommend anybody owning a rental property in New Zealand to read his book or attend his seminar. It will save you lots of money, time and heartache. The informed landlord is a happy landlord.’

When I attended Brian’s presentation at the Waikato Property Investors Association I felt it was the single most practical presentation for managing properties that I had attended.

My view was supported when after the meeting I had to queue with my similarly value minded colleagues, to purchase his book “The Complete Guide To Landlording”. This was by far the most successful book sale I have attended.

This book is brilliant for those thinking of becoming a landlord, they can be confident that they will be using the correct procedures and documentation with their new tenancy. Older hands will use it as a reference book when they get calls from their tenants.

In fact I was so impressed by the book I purchased an extra 2 copies for friends.

“I thoroughly enjoyed Brian’s seminar. It was interesting, thought provoking and packed with useful and practical advice. He clearly has extensive experience in this field. He went into lots of detail about how to avoid landlording pitfalls – awesome! Every landlord should be able to gain much valuable information from him!”
